I am an interdisciplinary scenic director, choreographer, lighting designer, performer, and researcher with four decades of professional experience.
I am currently also specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine. My interest lies in connecting dance, analysis, introspection, creation, meditation, and healing.
I was born in Buenos Aires; I studied and developed my career for 11 years in Europe, and later spent another 30 years in Mexico.
I founded and direct “Fóramen M Danza que invita a la Acción” (1998) and the MTdeE, the International Festival of Dance, Theater, and Performance, “Morelos Tierra de Encuentro” (2008).
I let stage productions create spaces for interdisciplinary creative experiences: dance, light, music, words, and performance.
Thankfully, my work has been presented at festivals and venues across Europe and around the world: Zurich, Lausanne, Quito, New York, Mexico City, Bogotá, Shanghai, Caracas, Busan, Seoul, Bangalore, Buenos Aires, Kolkata, Recife, Santiago de Chile, Rome, Cagliari, and Madrid.
I am constantly inspired by cinema, poetry, and Buddhist philosophy.
It’s a word made up of two other great words. It gives you a voice of encouragement.
CUOR: Heart | AGGIRE: Action
In Italian, it’s a way of expressing courage, of defying the impossible, of dreaming, of drawing strength from the very depths of your pride. It’s a word that inspires. And, among other things, to live, you need a lot of coraggio.
